Yes, Shin Mugen came back. But since I'm not involed in mugen anymore, I just kept the gifs section. Now, Shin Mugen will host animated gifs from 2D Games.
But, there's something new, and interesting. Now, you can upload your own animated gif to Shin Mugen!
You will just have to wait a little bit, and I'll validate your contributions.
